Private & Semi-Private
Lessons
Private lessons are one of my favorite ways to work with people.
They offer the time and space to slow down, ask questions, and explore what your body, breath, and mind need most. Every session is completely personalized—whether you're looking to move better, recover from an injury, build strength, calm your nervous system, or simply deepen your understanding of yourself through movement and breath.
My goal isn't simply to teach you yoga—it's to help you understand yourself through movement and breath and to reconnect you to your center.
With over 10 years of experience teaching thousands of students—from complete beginners to professional performers, executives, and elite athletes—I draw from yoga, mobility training, breathwork, philosophy, strength training, fascia-informed movement, meditation, and exercise science to create sessions that are practical, engaging, and deeply human.
Private sessions can help you:
Become measurably stronger, more mobile, and more flexible
Understand more about your breath and posture and how they affect you
Recover from or work around injuries and persistent aches
Reduce stress and support your nervous system
Improve posture, balance, and body awareness
Build resilience through meditation, breathwork and introspection
Learn yoga philosophy and bring it into everyday life
Develop inversions, arm balances, and other movement skills with a strong understanding of the biomechanics behind them
Deepen your yoga practice with individualized guidance
Feel more comfortable and confident in your body
Whether you're brand new to movement or have been practicing for years, I'll meet you where you are and help you move toward where you'd like to go—with curiosity, clarity, and a little bit of play.
